2. Collection and storage of per-sonal data as well as type and purpose and their use

If you wish to do business with us, we collect the following information:

• Title, First name, last name,
• a valid e-mail address,
• Address,
• Phone number (landline and/or mobile)
• Affiliated company (If required),

If a contract is concluded, we collect the following additional data:

• Bank details
• Valid identification document

The collection of this data takes place,

• to be able to identify you as our customer / supplier;
• for correspondence with you;
• for the execution of the contract
• for invoicing;
• for the settlement of any existing liability or warranty claims and the assertion of any claims against you;
• to meet legal requirements (Money Laundering Act)
• for customers: to carry out a credit check

The data processing is carried out up-on your or our request and is neces-sary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of an order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract. Furthermore, we fulfill legal obligations according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c (Money Laundering Act).

Insofar as a credit check is carried out, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1lit. f to protect our legitimate interest in obtaining information about the cre-ditworthiness of the contractual partner when initiating a business transaction or granting a loan and/or taking out trade credit insurance.

The personal data collected by us will be stored until the expiry of the legal obligation to retain data (e.g. from HGB, StGB or AO) and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store data for a longer period in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO due to other retention and documentation obligations or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be trans-ferred to third parties for purposes oth-er than those listed below.

Insofar as this is necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relation-ships with you, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. This in-cludes in particular the transfer to sup-pliers, dealers or sales representatives, in individual cases also in third coun-tries, if this is necessary for the fulfill-ment of the contract. In the case of credit information, the data will be for-warded to a credit agency and/or a credit insurer.

The data disclosed may be used by the third party exclusively for the purposes stated.

4. Data subject rights

You have the right:

• in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent once given to us at any time;
• to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO;
• in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO to immediately demand the correc-tion of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;
• pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO to re-quest the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the pro-cessing is necessary for the exer-cise of the right to freedom of ex-pression and information, for com-pliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
• to request the restriction of the pro-cessing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO;
• in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a struc-tured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller, and
• complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.

5. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursu-ant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the pro-cessing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation.
